Days away from Napa, CA hosting Bay Area Combat: North Shore Face-Off 2, and with the amateur MMA event including four titles fights, it’s inevitable a few, if not one, will prosper in their amateur careers from winning their respective fights this Saturday.
But taking a look at camomma.org, Camilo Mejia and Giovanni Amador Rosales appear to carry the most momentum going into their welterweight title bout.
According to past fight footage, with a 5’8″ frame that reduces the range of opponents as tall as six-feet due to his constant stand-up pressure, Rosales (4-0) will look to control the fight when standing across from Mejia (2-2), who may look to execute his grappling skillsets.
Coming off his last fight, Meija won via rear naked choke to secure the victory in round three. Meanwhile, Rosales holds a unanimous decision victory over his past opponent.
